Norway - Lofoten Reine - 490+ Images

Day 4 of my trip from Norway to Svalbard. 

We are going around the Lofoten Archipelago and stop in an Reine for a few hours. The dramatic coastline and surrounding mountains at this fishing village are jaw-dropping. It was so nice to walk around the village, see the famous stocks for drying fish and have some food before heading back to the ship.

As we set sail in the evening I got to experience one of the most amazing sunsets in my life. Full of interesting clouds silhouetting the stunning mountain ranges and the light catching the low lying mist, creating an incredible and vivid atmosphere. On the opposite side of the ship was a dark and eerie mountain range shrouded in fog and rain. This felt straight out of a fantasy film and is great lighting reference for any project.

Great for photo bashing/concept art , texture reference and matte painting.
